  • 8 oz Pearl Barley
  • 4 oz Roasted Pine Nuts
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Cilantro
  • 1 Bunch Fresh Parsley
  • 2 Lemons
  • 1 Small Red Onion

  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper

This warm salad works well as a standalone meal or as a great side dish.  Barley is a great food to incorporate into plant-based diets because it is rich in protein, and important B-Vitamins like B6, Niacin, and Thiamin.
