What you get:

  • Flour tortillas
  • 1 medium sweet potato
  • 1 can of black beans
  • 1 bunch of kale
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 1 garlic head
  • 3 sprigs of thyme
  • 4 oz Colby jack cheese
  • 6 oz of non-fat, plain greek yogurt
  • 1 small avocado
  • 2 limes
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 jalapeno, optional
  • 1 bunch of cilantro, optional

What you need:

  • Granulated garlic 
  • Granulated onion 
  • Smoked paprika 
  • Cayenne pepper, optional 
  • Salt & pepper
