Dough Ingredients:

  • 8 oz of Sunflower Seeds
  • 8 oz of Walnuts
  • 1 Cauliflower Head
  • 1 Bag of Brown Rice Flour
  • 1 Bag of Tapioca starch
  • Liquid Smoke
  • White Miso Paste
  • 1 Package Pre-Cooked Grated Yukon Potatoes (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 Bag of Mixed Frozen Vegetables
  • 1 Jar of Precooked Artichokes (preferably roasted)
  • 2 Garlic Heads
  • 1 Package of Shitake Mushrooms
  • 1 Package of Oyster Mushrooms
  • 1 Package of White Mushrooms
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Jar of Seedless Kalamatas olives
  • 1 Jar of Tamarind Pulp
  • 1 Carton of Vegetable Broth
  • Vegan Butter

What you need:

  • Coconut Oil
  • Olive Oil or Avocado Oil
  • Water
  • Sea Salt
  • Paprika
  • Chili Powder
  • Garlic Powder
  • Nutritional Yeast
  • Maple Syrup
  • Tamari or Gluten Free Soy Sauce
  • Psyllium Husk Powder
  • Agar-Agar Powder
