  • 8 oz of whole crimini mushrooms
  • 15 oz can of triple beans (black, kidney, pinto)
  • 12 oz mixed colored potatoes
  • 12 oz frozen okra
  • 12 oz frozen black eye peas
  • 12 oz frozen sweet corn
  • 12 oz frozen mixed vegetables (broccoli, cauliflower)
  • 24 oz of marinara tomato basil pasta sauce

What you need: 

  • Ground cumin
  • Spanish smoked paprika
  • Red pepper chili flakes
  • Dried Basil
  • Dried Oregano
  • Marjoram
  • Dried thyme
  • Dried rosemary
  • Dried sage
  • Curry powder
  • 3 bay leaves
  • Avocado oil
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • Optional: precooked brown rice¬†
