Thai Salad

This vegetarian Thai salad is packed full of flavor and nutrition. What you get:

  • 1 Bunch of Kale
  • 1 Green Mango
  • 1 Green Papaya
  • 4 oz of Chayote Squash
  • 4 oz Heirloom Carrots
  • 1 Purple or Green Cabbage
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 Bottle of Fish Sauce
  • 1 Bunch of Cilantro

For the Dressing: 

  • Almond (Can also use peanut butter if you don’t have almond butter at home)
  • Water
  • Sriracha
  • Honey
  • Olive Oil
  • Almonds (optional garnish)
