This playful, plant-based spin on beef tartare is made with succulent roasted beets. We love beets for their ability to support blood flow. Beets contain a natural chemical called nitrate, which when converted into nitric oxide, helps to boost energy, blood flow, and lower blood pressure.

  • 1 Shallot 
  • Fresh Chives
  • Fresh Parsley
  • 1 oz Fresh Goat Cheese or Crème Fraiche
  • French Baguette (omit if gluten-free)
  • Capers, Non-Parelle

What you need: 

  • Dijon Mustard 
  • Manodori Balsamic of Modena 
  • Olive Oil or Truffle Infused Oil
  • Hickory Smoked Sea Salt
  • Pepper
