This salad is full of superfood ingredients like kale, quinoa, and avocado. Tossed in an asian inspired dressing made from sesame tahini, tamari, rice vinegar and honey. This salad is a great make-ahead meal for a convenient weekday lunch or dinner.

  • 1/2 cup Quinoa
  • Tahini
  • Coconut Aminos
  • 1 stalk Green Onion
  • 1/2 Avocado

What you Need

  • Toasted Sesame Oil
  • Water
  • Sesame Seeds
  • Honey
  • Rice Vinegar
  •  Can sub Tamari for Coconut Aminos if not soy-free
