What you get: 

  • 4 flank steaks (about 6-7 oz each)
  • 7 (1 kg) red potatoes
  • 1 stick (50g) butter
  • 1 head of garlic cloves
  • A small bunch of coriander (cilantro)
  • A small bunch of flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 small sweet onion
  • 1 green chili

What you need:

  • Olive oil
  • White wine vinegar
