  • 2 cups of quinoa of your choice, precooked
  • 4 bell peppers
  • 1 green onion
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Fresh ginger
  • Fresh parsley
  • Vegan/ Gluten-Free Hoisin Sauce

What you need: 

  • Tamari
  • Ground cumin
  • Chinese five-spice powder
  • Avocado oil
