  • 3 Medium Potatoes
  • 6 Eggs
  • 3 Onions
  • 1 Small Red Onion
  • 5 Cloves of Garlic
  • Fresh Ginger
  • 6 oz Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Bunch of Mint Leaves
  • 1 Large Bunch of Cilantro¬† (coriander leaves)

  • Saffron strands
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Avocado or Olive Oil
  • Cloves powder
  • Cinnamon powder
  • Cardamom powder
  • Nutmeg powder
  • Orange food color or dried carrot powder
  • Cumin powder
