  • 1 Pumpkin, Butternut or Acorn Squash
  • 1 Head of Broccoli
  • 2 Beets
  • 1 Knob of Ginger
  • 1 Package of Sage
  • 1 Bunch of Parsley
  • 1 Bunch of Heirloom Carrots
  • 1 Bunch of Celery
  • 1 Red Onion

  • Sea Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive Oil
