  • 1 cup of arugula
  • 4 oz fresh cranberries
  • 12 oz of quinoa, precooked
  • 5 lemons
  • 2 whole Medjool dates 

What you need:

  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Sea Salt
  • Raw Almonds (garnish)
