Cleaned Up Chinese Chicken Salad


A cleaned up version of a restaurant classic. We replaced the high carb traditional items like crunchy noodles with nutrient dense alternatives like almonds, bell peppers, carrots, and cabbage. This is a great make-head meal that is even better the next day.

What you get:

  • 3 cups Broccoli Slaw
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Bell Pepper
  • 4 stalks Green Onion
  • 1/4 cup Sliced Almonds
  • 2 cups Green Cabbage (Shredded)
  • 1 cup Matchstick Carrots (Shredded)
  • 1/4 cup Almond Butter
  • 2 tbsps Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 8 ozs Chicken Breast

What you need:

  • Toasted Sesame Oil
  • Maple Syrup
