  • 2 Organic Spicy Turkey or Chicken Sausages
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 1 Medium Onion
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 2 cups Brown Rice
  • 12 oz Large Shrimp, (about 20 to 24), peeled and deveined
  • 3 Spring Onion Sprigs
  • 1 Bunch Flat Leaf Parsley
  • Liquid Aminos

What you will need:

  • Cajun Seasoning or InsainlyFitmeal Original Seasoning
  • Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea salt and pepper to taste
