  • Lesson 1: Uncover the common triggers leading to unaligned eating

  • Lesson 2: Connect your triggers to your destructive eating patterns

  • Lesson 3: Identify your energy drains and stressors

  • Lesson 4: Gain tools to see what’s possible

  • Lesson 5: End patterns of overeating and over-stressing by learning how to feel empowered by the discomfort of your emotions

The Ins & Outs:

  • Each lesson includes 3-6 short videos (max 6-minutes long)

  • If you’d prefer to read the content instead of watching the videos, transcripts are also included

  • Coaching exercises and tools are included in each lesson to guide you through the process

  • A private 60-minute session with Laura to use at any point throughout the course to help you apply the materials and/or help you if you’re feeling stuck. (Session needs to be used within 4 months of enrollment. $175 value)

  • The program is self-study so you can do it in your own time
