Each lesson includes 3-6 short videos (max 6-minutes long)

If you’d prefer to read the content instead of watching the videos, transcripts are also included

Coaching exercises and tools are included in each lesson to guide you through the process

A private 60-minute session with Laura to use at any point throughout the course to help you apply the materials and/or help you if you’re feeling stuck. (Session needs to be used within 4 months of enrollment. $175 value)
