Baby Spinach Salad with Miso Shrimp


Serve this member favorite salad on its own or as a side dish. We love its rich umami flavor curtesy of the miso and parmesan. The yuzu juice can be substitute with fresh lemon or lime juice.

  • 10 Shrimps (peeled and deveined)
  • 2/3 cup Sliced Leeks
  • 8-10 oz of Baby Spinach
  • 1 tbsp Yuzu Juice
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Dried Red Miso

What you Need:

  • Avocado Oil (for frying)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
